SignVoice is run by Uyar Consulting Partners LLC ("we"). These terms cover your use of SignVoice at signvoice.app. By creating an account or using SignVoice, you agree to them.
What SignVoice does
SignVoice helps people who bill for their time keep track of their work and mileage, make and send invoices, keep a calendar, and see what they've earned.
Your account
You must be at least 18 to use SignVoice. Give us accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
Your information
What you put in SignVoice stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can run the service, including sending the invoices you approve. You're responsible for having the right to enter your clients' details, and for your invoices being accurate.
SignVoice isn't built to hold health records or other confidential details of the people you work with, and it isn't a HIPAA-compliant service. Keep that kind of information out of it.
Taxes and advice
SignVoice is a record-keeping tool. Its totals and reports aren't tax, legal or accounting advice. Check them yourself, and ask a professional if you need advice.
Free trial and payment
New accounts get 14 days free, with no card needed. After that, SignVoice costs $9.99 a month or $99 a year. Stripe handles payment, and your plan renews automatically until you cancel. If we change the price, we'll tell you before it applies to you.
You can cancel any time from Billing. Your plan then runs until the end of what you've paid for. We don't refund partial periods, except where the law requires it. Without a plan, your account becomes view only: you can still see your information, but you can't add to it or change it.
Acceptable use
Don't use SignVoice to break the law, send spam or false invoices, get into anyone else's account, or interfere with the service. We can suspend or close an account that does.
Closing your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing support@teamspot.app. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your information.
The service itself
We work to keep SignVoice running and your information safe, but it's provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. It may sometimes be unavailable, features may change, and we can't promise it will be free of errors. Keep your own copies of anything you can't afford to lose.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost income or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it applies. If you keep using SignVoice after that, the new terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States.
