Questions
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. Sign up with your email and use everything for 14 days. Choose a plan whenever you're ready; if you choose early, you still get the rest of your free days.
What happens if I don't choose a plan?
Your account becomes view only. Your clients, work, invoices and reports stay, and you can still download your invoices and mark them paid. Choose a plan to log work and send invoices again.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Billing. Your plan runs until the end of what you've paid for.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Open it in your phone's browser, or add it to your Home Screen to use it like an app and get notifications.
Do my clients pay through SignVoice?
No. Your invoice says how to pay you (check, Zelle or however you like), and you mark it paid when the money arrives.
